- Meet/exceed sales targets through upselling techniques and product demonstrations
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash drawer accountability

- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
- Operate POS systems and handle inventory management tasks
Qualifications
- 1+ years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic math proficiency and cash handling experience
- Proficient with technology (POS systems, mobile devices)
