Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a premium level of service, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Learn and demonstrate in-depth product knowledge through our structured training modules.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer trends and product performance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
