Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized customer service through product demonstrations and need-based recommendations
- Drive sales by achieving daily/weekly targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Merchandise and maintain visual standards throughout the sales floor
- Assist in inventory management including stock counts and replenishment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations
- Participate in product knowledge training to stay current on offerings
- Support loss prevention efforts by monitoring for suspicious activity
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with approachable demeanor
