Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Drive sales by achieving daily and weekly targets through upselling and cross-merchandising
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Assist in visual merchandising to maintain store aesthetics and product displays
- Participate in inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and loss prevention
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless store operations during peak hours
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
