- Drive sales achievement through upselling techniques and visual merchandising support
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Execute floor moves, restocking, and inventory management to maintain visual standards
- Contribute to store cleanliness and safety protocols during all shifts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and KPIs
- Participate in product training sessions to maintain current trend knowledge
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling and inventory tasks
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Washington state ID or driver's license
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Fashion-forward mindset with strong product awareness
- Proficiency in using mobile devices and retail POS systems
