Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized assistance and product recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer integrity
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create visually appealing displays
- Stock, organize, and maintain inventory levels across all departments
- Participate in store operations including opening/closing procedures and safety compliance
- Actively identify upsell opportunities to achieve sales targets
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized store environment
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for fashion/trends
- Basic math proficiency and comfort with technology
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
