Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Assist in visual merchandising, including restocking displays and maintaining store presentation
- Collaborate with team to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets
- Participate in inventory management and stockroom organization
- Uphold brand standards in cleanliness and store safety protocols
Qualifications
- No prior retail experience required - training provided!
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Strong communication skills and approachable personality
- Basic math proficiency for transaction processing
- Availability to work evenings and weekends (15-25 hours/week)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
