Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Assist in visual merchandising, including restocking displays and maintaining store aesthetics
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Participate in inventory management and stock organization activities
- Actively participate in ongoing product training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior retail or sales experience required – we train all new hires
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
