Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge and style recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and maintain cash drawer accountability
- Merchandise and maintain visual standards of sales floor, fitting rooms, and displays
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and markdown execution
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational efficiency
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures and daily cleaning routines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome to apply)
- 0-2 years retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
