Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping journey
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling security
- Organize and maintain store displays, shelves, and promotional materials
- Assist with inventory management including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment
- Answer customer inquiries about products, promotions, and store policies
- Participate in store opening/closing procedures as scheduled
Qualifications
- No prior retail or customer service experience required – we train all new hires
- Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory tasks
- Reliable transportation to work shifts during store hours (including evenings/weekends)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
