Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their shopping journey
- Assist customers in locating products and answering basic inquiries
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and process transactions
- Merchandise and maintain store appearance according to company standards
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and organization
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Adhere to all safety and loss prevention protocols
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train all new hires!
- Must be 16 years or older (18 for overnight shifts)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math proficiency for handling cash transactions
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Reliable transportation to Orlando location
