Responsibilities
- Greet and Engage: Provide a warm welcome to every customer entering the store and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
- Operational Excellence: Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using our Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Visual Merchandising: Help maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment that reflects our brand standards.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on current promotions, inventory levels, and product features to answer customer inquiries confidently.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members and managers to ensure smooth store operations.
- Customer Support: Handle customer concerns or returns with patience and professionalism to ensure high satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior retail experience necessary; comprehensive training is provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
