Responsibilities

- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash drawer accountability
- Support visual merchandising standards through stocking, floor sets, and displays
- Assist with inventory management including receiving, sorting, and markdowns
- Collaborate with team members to maintain organized and clean store environment
- Participate in store safety protocols and loss prevention measures
- Actively promote loyalty programs and special promotions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (current students welcome)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn retail best practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required
