Responsibilities
- Greet customers with genuine warmth and assist with product inquiries
- Operate POS systems and process transactions accurately
- Organize and maintain visually appealing store displays
- Stock shelves and manage inventory rotation
- Support team members during peak hours and special events
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive team atmosphere
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all associates!
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable with strong time management abilities
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
