Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Support visual merchandising by maintaining store displays and product organization
- Assist with inventory management, including stock receiving and markdowns
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Positive attitude with a passion for fashion and trends
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
