Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook) by creating engaging content and interacting with the community.
- Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including blog posts, newsletters, and infographics.
- Support email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and drafting copy.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Coordinate with the design team to ensure brand consistency across all assets.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation.
- Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva) is a plus.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and analytics.
- Must be available to work at least 15-20 hours per week.
