Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Curate and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook to increase brand visibility.
- Content Creation: Assist in writing blog posts, press releases, and email newsletters that resonate with our target audience.
- Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and research industry trends to provide actionable insights to the team.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and prepare weekly performance reports.
- Graphic Design Support: Collaborate with the design team to create visual assets, infographics, and promotional materials.
- Email Campaigns: Support the execution of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and A/B testing.
- Event Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of local marketing events and webinars.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer) and CMS platforms (WordPress).
- Design Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Organization: Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
