Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Assist in scheduling, creating, and curating content for our clients' social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook).
- Content Creation: Write engaging blog posts, press releases, and newsletter copy that align with brand voice.
- SEO Support: Conduct basic keyword research and help optimize web pages to improve search engine rankings.
- Event Coordination: Support the event planning team with logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and compile monthly performance reports for internal review.
- Administrative Support: Maintain marketing calendars and manage the digital asset library.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role.
- Skills: Proficiency in social media platforms and basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Writing: Exceptional written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Availability: Must be available to work at least 15-20 hours per week, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to Baltimore, MD.
