Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing social media content calendars across multiple platforms
- Create engaging marketing materials including blog posts, email newsletters, and ad copy
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Support SEO efforts through keyword research and content optimization
- Manage email marketing campaigns and track performance metrics
- Coordinate with design team for visual asset creation and brand consistency
- Monitor analytics and prepare weekly performance reports
- Assist with event planning and promotional campaign execution
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in a part-time or internship role
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, social media platforms, and email marketing tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Proven experience creating content for digital channels
- Local candidates with Henderson/Nevada market knowledge preferred
