Responsibilities
- Social Media Management: Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Content Creation: Draft compelling copy for blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials that resonate with our target audience.
- SEO Support: Conduct keyword research and assist in optimizing web content to improve search engine rankings.
- Event Coordination: Help plan and execute local marketing events and community outreach initiatives in Corpus Christi.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports to track engagement and growth metrics.
- Email Marketing: Support the management of email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and A/B testing.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or a related field (internships considered).
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Marketing or Communications preferred.
- Flexibility: Ability to work part-time hours with the potential for occasional evening or weekend events.
