Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients with a professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls and route them to the appropriate personnel or take detailed messages.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and communication flow.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or administrative training is a plus.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Reliable transportation is required.
