Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to maintain a clean and inviting store environment.
- Process transactions accurately at the cash register using POS systems.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in organizing stock rooms.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- No prior work experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium objects.
