- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide exceptional support by troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and account information within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training materials for new support staff.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and service updates to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required (Entry Level applicants welcome).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
