Responsibilities
- Client Support: Assist customers via email and phone with product inquiries and account questions in a professional and timely manner.
- Data Management: Accurately update and maintain customer records in our CRM system to ensure data integrity.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot common technical issues and escalate complex problems to the senior support team.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the product team to help improve our offerings.
- Training: Participate in daily training sessions and shadow senior team members to develop technical skills.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and scheduling follow-up calls.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; we provide full training.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work part-time hours (20-25 hours per week) with flexibility for occasional evening shifts.
