Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email with a focus on resolution.
- Accurately enter and update customer information into our CRM database.
- Listen to customer feedback and escalate complex issues to the senior team when necessary.
- Respond to customer emails and inquiries within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during high-volume periods.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (for remote roles).
