Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate, empathetic, and timely resolutions to customer issues.
- Document all customer interactions and account updates within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate complex issues efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge through continuous training.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and customers.
Qualifications
