Responsibilities
- Assist customers in navigating our platform using the training resources provided.
- Resolve technical issues and answer product-related inquiries via phone and email.
- Document customer feedback and contribute to our internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the training team to master sales and support scripts.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism while managing high-volume interactions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell based on client needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if hybrid/remote).
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week, including some evenings or weekends.
