Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product troubleshooting and basic technical support.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the internal team to improve service processes.
- Participate in daily training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
