Responsibilities
- Delocate exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels
- Process orders, returns, and inquiries with accuracy and efficiency
- Utilize our proprietary CRM system to manage client interactions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex service issues
- Document interactions and maintain detailed case records
- Actively participate in weekly training sessions and skill-building workshops
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
