Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers via phone, email, and in-person with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively.

- Enter and update customer information into our CRM database.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly performance goals.
- Provide feedback to management on common customer issues and trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
