Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in person and via phone/email with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal CRM systems.
- Answer general inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and inventory area.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote new products and drive revenue.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
