Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
- Answer incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with accuracy and speed.
- Process transactions and handle payments using POS systems confidently.
- Assist in maintaining product displays and keeping the sales floor organized and clean.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Learn and demonstrate product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not strictly required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory (training provided).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
