- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed case notes in CRM systems
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students encouraged to apply
- 6+ months customer service or related experience preferred
