Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service across multiple touchpoints including in-store assistance, phone support, and digital channels
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling standards
- Assist with inventory management including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and markdowns
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store presentation standards
- Participate in seasonal merchandising and promotional campaigns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with POS technology
