Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a warm welcome, ensuring a welcoming shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Organize and merchandise product displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising tasks.
- Answer phone inquiries and handle customer feedback professionally.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily sales targets and maintain store standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
