Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Resolve complex issues and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior management when necessary.
- Adhere to all call center policies, quality standards, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
