Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional in-person and phone-based customer service experiences
- Uphold strict regulatory compliance (BSA, AML) and security protocols
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Train on digital banking platforms and assist with online inquiries
- Maintain organized records and assist with branch administrative tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to pass background check and credit review
- Flexible availability including weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Previous customer service experience preferred
