Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients while resolving inquiries and concerns
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Assist with new account openings and basic product promotions
- Adhere to strict security protocols and compliance regulations
- Support branch operations as needed including ATM maintenance and vault services
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop banking expertise
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math skills and comfort handling cash transactions
- Strong customer service orientation with friendly demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Proficient in basic computer applications and digital tools
- Ability to pass background check and fingerprinting requirements
- Flexible availability including weekends and some holidays
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
