Responsibilities
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with clients and prospects to identify needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Complete Paid Training: Attend and actively participate in daily training modules to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Represent the Brand: Act as a professional ambassador for Apex Growth Partners during weekend events and outreach activities.
- Meet Sales Targets: Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly and monthly performance goals.
- Manage Records: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and peers to ensure a cohesive work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus).
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide full training.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and flexible hours.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attitude: Self-motivated, eager to learn, and possesses a positive, professional attitude.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable for the scheduled shifts.
