Responsibilities
- Complete 20+ hours weekly of structured technical training (cybersecurity, software development, or IT infrastructure)
- Participate in rotational shadowing with department specialists
- Build 3+ portfolio projects using industry-standard tools
- Collaborate in cross-functional agile teams during capstone projects
- Maintain 95% attendance and weekly progress reports
- Pass all certification assessments (CompTIA, AWS, or Microsoft)
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and internet navigation skills
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and curiosity
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Commitment to full-time participation (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm)
- Pass criminal background check and drug screening
