Responsibilities
- Attend and actively participate in daily paid training sessions to master sales methodologies.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls and digital outreach platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients in the Los Angeles area.
- Present products and services to prospective customers, overcoming objections effectively.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; college degree is a plus.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills are necessary.
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced sales environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
