Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business leads.
- Present and demonstrate company products/services to prospective clients in a professional setting.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure retention and repeat business.
- Manage and update the CRM system with accurate sales data and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with current campaigns.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and quotas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM software (training provided).
