Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional support and solutions.
- Learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products and services to assist clients effectively.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve sales and satisfaction targets.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
- Participate actively in training sessions and role-playing exercises to refine skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
