- Complete Onboarding: Successfully finish our 2-week paid training curriculum to prepare for field operations.
- Client Engagement: Conduct high-volume calls and emails to identify potential clients and discuss our services.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics and sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Build long-term professional relationships with customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share insights and support collective goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; we provide all training.
