Responsibilities
- Complete 40 hours/week of paid training including classroom instruction and clinical rotations
- Master patient care protocols, vital sign monitoring, and basic medical procedures
- Develop proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical documentation
- Participate in weekly skills assessments and progress evaluations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals in real clinical settings
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and safety regulations at all times
- Prepare for and obtain state certification upon program completion
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Must be 18+ years old with valid US work authorization
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new technologies

- Reliable transportation to training sites (multiple El Paso locations)
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends during clinical rotations
