- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Participate in daily team huddles and performance reviews to track progress.

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience: No prior sales or customer service experience required—we train you!
- Availability: Must be available for full-time hours, Monday through Friday (Shift times vary).
- Remote Eligibility: Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace required for remote candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
