Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide exceptional service.
- Product Training Application: Utilize product knowledge gained during training to assist clients effectively.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer problems and offer solutions to ensure satisfaction.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily performance goals.
- Feedback Loop: Communicate customer feedback to the product team to help improve services.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience required; we provide full paid training.
- Availability: Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday & Sunday).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Technology: Reliable high-speed internet connection (for remote positions).
