Responsibilities
- Complete our comprehensive, paid training program to master sales strategies and product knowledge.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities in the Indianapolis area.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers through exceptional communication.
- Present company solutions and services to clients in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize sales strategies.
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development workshops.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- No prior sales experience is required; full training is provided.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated self-motivation and a goal-oriented mindset.
- Reliable transportation for local field activities.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
