Responsibilities
- Attend and actively participate in all scheduled paid training sessions.
- Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and sales methodologies.
- Interact with clients and customers to identify needs and provide solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet organizational goals and targets.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and professional standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (equivalent experience considered).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work full-time hours (40 hours/week) including weekends if needed.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A positive mindset and a strong desire to learn and grow.
