Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and distribution of engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor strategies.
- Support the SEO team in optimizing website content and managing keyword campaigns.
- Manage and update the company blog and monthly newsletter to drive engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance data and prepare weekly performance reports for the management team.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and copywriters to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Monitor community engagement and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current digital marketing trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO tools, or CMS platforms (WordPress) is preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn new skills quickly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable transportation to the Albuquerque office.
